  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch/ Cornflour
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Whipped Cream Homemade or Store-bought
  • Zest of 1 Lemon, optional
